The issues facing St Eval are practically unique. Whereas other rural communities have lost many of their facilities through lack of use, St Eval’s are under threat because of the withdrawal of the Ministry of Defence and their proposed sale of land and buildings in the area (including those currently used to house the Post Office and the Community Centre).
An "In Principle agreement" has been given for a lease on one of the properties in Orion Drive. Click on the news link below for more details.
