There are three community rooms as well a a social club with its own bar and kitchen.
The Sunderland Room is the largest room at aroiund 1000 square feet. This room has a small open plan kitchen with fridge and cooker. The room is suitable for all activities
The Catalina Room is smaller at around 750 square feet it has a unisex toilet which also has a baby change facility. A small kitchenette is available also in this room.
